Definition and Usage
The ADDDATE() function returns a date after a certain time/date interval has been added.
Syntax
ADDDATE(date, INTERVAL value unit)
OR:
ADDDATE(date, days)
Parameter Values
Parameter | Description |
---|---|
date | Required. The date to be modified |
days | Required. The number of days to add to date |
value | Required. The value of the time/date interval to add. You can specify positive and negative values for this parameter |
unit | Required. The unit type of the interval. Can be one of the following
values:
